How do I schedule an appointment?

The best way to schedule an appointment is to call our office during office hours which are Monday - Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm at (843)-215-2400 .

What is the fee for appointments?

Without insurance, an initial evaluation is $325 for a Psychiatrist and $300 for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and follow-up appointments are $200 for a Psychiatrist and $175 for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. For a Therapist, the evaluation is $175, and follow-ups are $125. For the first evaluation, we typically do a urine drug screen for ALL new patients which is a charge of $35.

Please be advised that our office collects a $100.00 deposit for new patient appointments. This $100.00 can be used towards your insurance deductible, coinsurance,  copay, urine drug screen, injection, or any cost not covered by your insurance. If you are self pay it will go towards the cost of your initial evaluation. Once your appointment has ended and your insurance claim has been satisfied, if there is a credit that remains; you have the option to get a refund, or have the credit remain on your account for future expenses. However, if you do not show for your initial evaluation, this deposit is non refundable. 

How should I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

To cancel or reschedule an appointment just call our office at (843)-215-2400 and speak with our staff. Our phone are live during office hours of Monday - Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Appointments must be cancelled within 24-hour notice. Without 24-hour notice, you will be charged a no show fee of $150.00. Insurance does NOT pay for missed appointments.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes! Our initial evaluations are always conducted in person. However, we do offer a virtual option for follow-up appointments if your provider sees fit. Our providers use a variety of HIPAA compliant platforms. You will receive information on how to participate in your virtual appointment when it is scheduled.

Should I bring anything to my initial evaluation?

Yes! We ask that you bring the following:

  • Photo ID

  • Insurance cards

  • Up-to-date Medication list

  • Complete new patient paperwork

  • Any previous psychiatric records you may have

How do I get my prescription refilled?

You may request a prescription refill by calling our office during business hours at (843)-215-2400.

Your refill may not be processed if you do not have a follow-up appointment scheduled.
